It is highly valuable, either for Direction boards, an entire Department (made up with several teams) or a single team. It can also mix teams from different departments of the organization.

The core basis of the method is a collective SyPoDeBiz© Empowerment with the help of a PPIer practitioner*. It creates the conditions that enable the group to collectively

1- Identify and reorganize what's needed to be changed in its own system, in order to achieve its goal in a powerful manner, but this in a way that is altogether seemless, organic and ecological for the team.

2-Thanks to this, the group becomes then able to identify new unseen powerful strategic, operational and behavioral solutions and find way to efficiently implement them.
