SyPoDe Biz ©

For teams and organizations

SyPoDe Biz© is a unique unseen method developed by PPI, aiming at developing collective powerfulness abilities, to either cope with a shared tough critical situation or achieve a shared very strategic goal.​​

It is highly valuable, either for Direction boards, an entire Department (made up with several teams) or a single team. It can also mix teams from different departments of the organization.

The core basis of the method is a collective SyPoDeBiz© Empowerment with the help of a PPIer practitioner*. It creates the conditions that enable the group to collectively

​

1- Identify and reorganize what's needed to be changed in its own system, in order to achieve its goal in a powerful manner, but this in a way that is altogether seemless, organic and ecological for the team.

​

2-Thanks to this, the group becomes then able to identify new unseen powerful strategic, operational and behavioral solutions and find way to efficiently implement them.

​

The side benefit of it is that is also leads to an unprecedented cohesion within the group.

To maximise the benefits of SyPoDeBiz© (but not a must), it is recommended to

1- Follow the relevant trainings before.

2- Start with 3 days. It can be in a raw, or separately or in half days. It can be solidified by an half day every month, or quarter.
