EMPOWERMENT

SyPoDe© Empowerment is the part of the SyPoDe© method that addresses the following needs: 

1- Define goals that are clear, precise, really ambitious and right to them. Indeed, the more it is indeed the case, the most likely you and/or your team is to achieve it. 

2- Identify you and/or your team's singular, adapted and ecological solutions.

3- Develop the corresponding needed abilities from within,

4- Apply these solutions in you and/or your team's own but efficient ways.

SyPoDe© Empowerment is very complementary to SyPoDe© Trainings. Indeed, training provide advice or methods on what to do to achieve a specific goal goal but between knowing what should be done and being able to indeed do it, their is a gap that the SyPoDe© Empowerment aims at filling.

There are different SyPoDe© Empowerment formulas.

Teams

It is possible to do collective SyPoDe© Empowerment sessions (days or half days), either for Direction boards, an entire Department (made up with several teams) or a single team.

It can also mix teams from different departments of the organization.

In any case, it will always be fully customized to the specific needs and focused on achieving a shared, measurable, and very ambitious strategic goal. It is even more useful in a context of crisis.

Individuals

The SyPoDe© Empowerment sessions for individuals are in 1-to-1 and  fully personalized.

It is particularly powerful for who ever wants to quickly unlock specific blockages and grow even further.

It is adapted either for employees of an organisation, or for people in private who pursue personal goals and finance this by themselves.

Meaningful effects can be felt within the very first first hours.

Peer-Empowerment

Peer-Empowerment sessions are weekly 2 hours remote sessions,  for a group of individuals who come from different horizons, but who share in common to, either

- Want to achieve the same type of goal (for exemple sellers who want to increase their sales' performance),

- Or, to have the same type of function in their respective organization and therefore face the same type of challenges (for instance Managers).

During each session, each participant has the opportunity to be empowered by the other participants (in a SyPoDe© way that the PPI practitioner* teaches them) to solve a specific problem he is currently facing, leveraging the fact that these other participants are likely to have faced or to currently face it too.

The PPI Practitioner also helps participants to develop new mental and relational abilities that are key to be more positively powerful in achieving its goals.

* A PPI practitioner is an expert of the SyPoDe© method and of the way to professionally apply it.

Manage the feeling of Guilt

Guilt is the feeling that, if not properly managed, highly lowers powerfulness and leads to conter-productive behaviors. Conversely, properly manage guilt leads to structurally increase powerfulness

Successfully go through a Crisis

Because of the underlying strong strategic stakes, a crisis is a situation requiring to be as powerful as possible, whereas it actually generates many typical feelings and emotions which, if not managed, can lead to the exact opposite.

Non violent Communication

The ability to communicate unpleasant feelings in a smooth way is a huge power. Conversely, not being able to do so can lead to manage a challenging relational situation in a very counter-productive way and eventually feel powerless

Handle Criticism

Not being able to welcome and properly respond to criticism lowers very much individual and collective powerfulness. Conversely, having this ability to do so can greatly structurally increase powerfulness

When we refuse to face the fact that we're not all powerful, this paradoxically can lead to impotence in some critical situations. Thus, it is important to know when and how letting go, while not loosing once powerfulness

Manage Emotions & Needs
